We proudly offer fast and simple returns.
For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid FedEx return label for just $19.95 per tire, which will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and approved. Simply select the prepaid label option when requesting your Return Authorization (RA) number, and we’ll send the label, your RA#, and return instructions to your email.

Eligible Purchases:
Only items purchased directly from our website within the last 15 days qualify for return through us.Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition, including:- All original tags, shipping packaging, and labels attached
- Original, undamaged product packaging and labels
Not Accepted:
Returns will be declined if items:- Have been mounted, ridden, worn, or soiled
- Are damaged due to installation or use
- Have a damaged/bent bead or tread
- Missing original packaging/labels
If a return is not accepted, the tire will be returned to you or disposed of for safety reasons. In these cases, no refund will be issued.
RA Requirement:
Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number cannot be processed.Final Sale:
Closeout and clearance items are non‑returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please complete a return and place a order at your convenience.
Purchases from Other Retailers
If you purchased Shinko products from a dealership or retailer other than our website, please contact them directly to begin a return.
RETURN PROCESS
How to Return an Item:
- Request a Return Authorization (RA#):
Complete our Return Request Form. Be sure all required fields are filled out accurately. - Receive RA# and Instructions:
Once approved, you’ll receive your RA# and return instructions via email. If you choose the prepaid label, it will be included. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RA#. - Prepare Your Package:
- Repack the item with all original packaging and components
- Place the shipping label over the original shipping label.
- If you removed the protective plastic shipping packaging, you will need to rewrap the tires before attaching the shipping label and sending it back.
- Ship Your Return:
- Using our prepaid label: Print, attach to the box, and drop off at any FedEx location. Keep your drop-off receipt.
- Using your own method: Choose any shipping carrier. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend a trackable method. Ship to the address provided in your RA email.
- Return Processing & Refunds:
- We’ll inspect the return within 7–10 business days of receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- If denied, we’ll contact you with photos and return options.
