Sedona tires are backed by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required and must include dealership name, SKU, sale price, and invoice date.
Aluminum Wheels
Sedona aluminum wheels are backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase must include dealership name, SKU, sale price, and invoice date.
Steel Wheels
Sedona steel wheels are backed by a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase must include dealership name, SKU, sale price, and invoice date.
What Is Not Covered
- Road or trail hazards (punctures, cuts, impact damage, running flat)
- Damage caused by incorrect pressure, overloading, improper installation, or mechanical issues
- Tires used on trikes, sidecars, trailers, or dynamometers
- Tires used in racing or competition
- Ozone or weather cracking outside the coverage window
- Tires with less than 1/32" remaining tread
- Misuse, incorrect application, or abuse
- Altered, modified, retreaded, or improperly repaired tires
- Cosmetic wheel finish damage, normal wear, scratches, or corrosion from improper care
- Wheels altered/modified, improperly mounted, overloaded, or used in racing/competition
How to File a Warranty Claim
If purchased from a dealer: Return the tire or wheel to the original dealer for inspection and processing. If purchased directly from us: Complete the Sedona Warranty Request Form, including photos of the product, tread depth (for tires), DOT code (for tires), and proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of discovering the issue.
